These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TropicGo Vacations regarding your travel arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

 

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult
• You warrant that all information provided is accurate

 

2.2 Booking Process

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required
• Full payment is due 60 days before departure
• Bookings within 60 days require full payment

 

 

3.1 Pricing

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges

Cancellation fees apply as per our Booking Conditions. Changes may incur administrative fees.

 

4.2 By Us

We may cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient bookings (with 60+ days notice)
• Force majeure events
• Safety concerns

In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

 

• You are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas
• Passports must be valid for 6+ months beyond return date
• We are not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation
• Some destinations require proof of onward travel

 

Mandatory: Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all international tours.

Your policy must cover:

• Medical expenses (minimum USD 200,000)
• Trip cancellation/interruption
• Emergency evacuation
• Loss/theft of belongings

Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.

 

 

7.1 Health Requirements

• Check vaccination requirements with your doctor
• Inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities
• Some tours may have fitness requirements

 

7.2 Safety

• Follow all safety instructions from guides
• We reserve the right to remove participants for unsafe behavior
• No refunds for early departures due to misconduct

• Arrive on time for all scheduled activities
• Respect local laws and customs
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Be responsible for your personal belongings
• Notify us immediately of any issues during travel

 

TropicGo Vacations shall not be liable for:

• Acts/omissions of third-party suppliers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
• Personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence
• Consequential or incidental damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the tour price paid.

You may not:
