Terms and conditions for your TropicGo Vacations reservation
Please read these booking conditions carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we assume that you have read these conditions and agree to them.
To make a booking, you must complete our booking form and pay the required deposit (or full payment if booking within 60 days of departure). The booking is binding once we confirm your reservation in writing.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. For family tours, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tour price is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The balance is due 60 days before departure. If we don't receive payment by this date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
If you wish to change your booking (e.g., travel dates or destination), we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes will be possible.
Changes requested more than 60 days before departure may incur an administration fee of RM200 per person. Changes within 60 days may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Name changes are treated as cancellations and new bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour in exceptional circumstances, including if minimum participant numbers aren't met. We will not cancel less than 60 days before departure except for unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters or political instability.
If we cancel your tour (other than due to your non-payment), we will offer you:
We are not liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred (flights, visas, vaccinations, etc.).
We reserve the right to make minor changes to your holiday arrangements. Significant changes (such as accommodation downgrades or itinerary changes affecting major highlights) will be communicated to you immediately.

Compensation may be payable if changes are made for reasons other than circumstances beyond our control.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all international tours with TropicGo Vacations. Your policy must cover:
You must provide proof of insurance at least 30 days before departure. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund if adequate insurance isn't provided.
Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and have sufficient blank pages.
Visas: Your responsibility to obtain required visas. We can provide supporting documents if needed.
Health: Check with your doctor about recommended vaccinations. Some destinations may require proof of vaccination (e.g., Yellow Fever).
We are not responsible if you are denied entry due to failure to meet passport, visa, or health requirements.
We accept responsibility for ensuring all component parts of your booked holiday are supplied as described and to a reasonable standard.
Our liability in all cases (except personal injury or death) is limited to twice the price paid by the affected person.

If you have a complaint during your tour, immediately inform our local representative and the supplier to allow resolution attempts.
If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 30 days of tour completion, including all relevant documentation.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 7 days and provide a full response within 28 days.
By making a booking with TropicGo Vacations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Conditions.
