We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for international tours, especially during peak seasons (June-August and December-January). For last-minute bookings, please contact our team as we may have limited availability.
Absolutely! We specialize in customized travel experiences. After booking, our travel consultant will work with you to tailor the itinerary to your preferences. Customization fees may apply depending on the complexity of changes.
Most of our group tours require a minimum of 4 participants. However, we also offer private tours for individuals, couples, or smaller groups. Private tours have no minimum requirement but may have higher per-person costs.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. For Malaysian customers, we also accept FPX online banking. All transactions are securely processed.
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Our tour prices include all government taxes and service charges. Additional costs may include visa fees, travel insurance, optional activities, personal expenses, and gratuities for guides/drivers (unless specified as included).
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur change fees. For changes requested more than 60 days before departure, we typically charge a RM200 administration fee. Changes within 60 days may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
In the rare event we cancel a tour (due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings), we will offer you the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future tour. We are not responsible for additional expenses you may have incurred (flights, visas, etc.).
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all our international tours. Your policy should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and emergency evacuation. We can recommend reputable providers if needed.
Vaccination requirements vary by destination. We recommend consulting with a travel health specialist 6-8 weeks before departure. Common recommendations include Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Tetanus. Some countries may require Yellow Fever vaccination certificates.
